About Brianne

I live my life surrounded by words. As a reader and writer, I enjoy fiction most, but I have also published works of poetry and nonfiction. In my day job I manage a communications office, write marketing copy, and edit writing of all sorts—from fundraising letters to social media posts. I am also an adjunct instructor at a local college.

In 2016, I earned a Master of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from East Carolina University. My graduate thesis was a novella of dystopian fiction, which has since grown into a novel-length work. Click to learn more!

Originally from Columbia, S.C., I now live in Upstate South Carolina. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at my church, drinking coffee, baking, and taking long walks.
